Profile: Back Office cum Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Back Office Duties:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain organized digital/physical records and update databases (e.g., CRM).
- Coordinate with departments and handle routine administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, ordering supplies).
- Assist with documentation, invoicing, and follow-up communications.
Basic Marketing Support:
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content.
- Help prepare marketing materials: brochures, flyers, and digital campaigns.
- Support basic market research-gather data on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva, Photshop and other software).
