Job Description

Position: Back Office Coordinator

Location: Rakhial, Ahmedabad

Role & Responsibility:

 Manage administrative records, files, and documentation.

 Coordinate internal communication and follow up on tasks.

 Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

 Handle data entry, verification, and database updates.

 Support HR, accounts, and operations teams with documentation tasks.

 Monitor emails, respond to queries, and route information appropriately.

 Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.

 Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.

 Ensure smooth handling of daily operational workflows.

 Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,401.35 - ₹20,000.00 per month
