Job Summary:
Identity Group is hiring a Back Office Coordinator to support our operations in Bhubaneswar. Candidates with good knowledge of MS Excel, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills are encouraged to apply. Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain data using MS Excel (data entry, reports, charts, analysis, etc.).
• Provide administrative and back-office support to different departments.
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth flow of operations.
• Handle emails, calls, and day-to-day correspondence.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and supporting management tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience can apply.

Salary: ₹13,000 per month
