This role is ideal for candidates with a strong command of English, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Our office is conveniently located in Sector-6, Rohini, New Delhi (Opposite Mount Abu School, near Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute). Key Responsibilities Draft and respond to client emails in a clear and professional manner. Review translated documents for accuracy in grammar, spelling, formatting, and layout. Handle printing, scanning, and organizing documents as part of the workflow. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely receipt and processing of files. Address client queries and clarify any doubts related to document content. Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality completion of all assigned tasks. Requirements RequirementsStrong command of the English language with excellent grammar and proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word), including use of headers, footers, footnotes, alignment, and formatting tools. Familiarity with operating scanners and printers for handling physical documents. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
