Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Research and recommend the most suitable tech stack for new projects - Build scalable and efficient backend systems and APIs - Design and propose budget-friendly infrastructure solutions tailored for both Dev and Prod environments Preferred candidate profile 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development and API architecture Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and database management Proficient in one or more backend languages such as Java, Node.js Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and deploying cost-efficient environments Ability to evaluate and adopt the best-fit tech stack through independent research Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure planning for both Dev and Prod setups Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills across different technologies Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new frameworks or tools as per project needs Prior experience in startups or product-based environments is a plus
