Role Description:
- We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fullstack Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot 3, and Angular, along with a solid understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD processes, and cloud technologies. This role involves working in an Agile environment, contributing to the development of scalable and maintainable applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
HIERARCHY
- The candidate will be part of a development team led by a Senior Developer, who will manage and review development tasks. Independence in completing assigned tasks is required.

Possesses solid knowledge of Java frameworks, design patterns, concurrency, and performance tuning. Works independently, optimizes code, and contributes to architectural discussions.
Possesses strong knowledge of RxJS, observables, state management (e.g., NgRx), lazy loading, and performance optimization techniques (change detection, trackBy, OnPush strategy). Works independently, writes reusable modules/components, and actively improves application scalability and maintainability.
Proficiency in Typescript
Possesses strong knowledge of generics, utility types, type inference, and type guards. Can integrate TypeScript in large codebases, improve DX with strict compiler settings (strictNullChecks, noImplicitAny), and balance flexibility with maintainability.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS
Possesses strong knowledge of CSS architecture (BEM, utility-first, modular CSS), advanced selectors, transitions, and animations. Optimizes for cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS (Candidates must have these skills, but only if they meet previous criteria.)
- Proficiency in Spring Boot - Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub), SonarQube, and infrastructure as code

- Write unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in development and production environments.

Previous Experience & Qualifications
Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science /Engineering/Information Technology
- Candidate with non-computer science degree must have minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- MBA in IT / Insurance/Finance can also apply for Requirements Engineer and Test Engineer role.
Certification if any:
- Certifications in Azure, Java, or Kubernetes (e.g., AZ-204, CKAD, OCP).
