Back End Office Executive

As a Print Inspector, your primary responsibility will be to verify printed sheets for correct layout, color consistency, and label alignment based on client specifications. You will meticulously examine each batch, maintaining accurate records of the inspections and promptly reporting any defects or mismatches that may arise. In this role, you will work closely with the quality and production teams to coordinate necessary corrections and reprints in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the documentation and filing of print jobs, approvals, and client instructions to ensure seamless workflow and organization within the department. As part of your duties, you will also provide support to backend operations, which includes tasks such as data entry, job tracking, and following up with clients for communication purposes. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our print production processes.
