Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back End Developer, located in Delhi, India. The Back End Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side components, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Key tasks include managing database and server integrations, building reusable code libraries for future use, implementing security and data protection measures, and collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements. The role also involves debugging and diagnosing technical issues, optimizing system performance, and participating in code reviews.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development
• Familiarity with various Programming languages
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus
