Requirements
• 4-8 years of backend software engineering experience
• Strong builder/founder experience - ideally a founder (CTO) or founding engineer in a VC funded
company with traction
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI/Flask
• Top Tier University - IITs
• Clear, meaningful reason to switch jobs - not just passively looking
• Bonus: Experience with fintech, ERP/accounting systems, or AI infra is great-but not required
• Salary range of $35K-$70K depending on seniority
• Equity range from 0.3%-1% with flexibility on cash vs. equity tradeoff
• Work directly with founder/CEO
• Role is critical to scale the companys current paying customer base
• 6-day/week highly committed team; early engineering hire (3rd-4th backend)
• Opportunity to help shape foundational backend and AI system
