Job Type - Full TimeiSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of BA + Scrum.About the Role - Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customersUnderstands and Utilizes an AgileScrum methodology to manage development work. Certification in Scrum Methodology as a Scrum Master preferableCollaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements.Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applicationsExperience working with ServiceNow Integration HubScript Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNowAnalyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancementsCreate new applications, modules, and tablesCreate and track Service Catalog requests, and items with variablesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and business dashboards.Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.Provide financial insights for business case evaluations, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.Drive system and report automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through advanced data analytics and visualization tools such as Adv excel, Power BI or other relevant tools.Utilize financial data and business plan to enhance decision-making and improve overall business performance.
