BA-Corporate Lending

As a Business Analyst for Corporate Lending at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the organization through your expertise in the Lending domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with business users to define scope, understand business processes, problem statements, and pain areas - Identifying key stakeholders and conducting stakeholder analysis to assess their impact - Supporting the identification of risks and developing mitigation approaches - Participating in client requirement workshops, identifying gaps, and proposing high-level solutions for resolution - Collaborating with clients and project teams to analyze business requirements and prepare various business process documents like BRDs, User Stories, Discussion Logs, and Workflows - Participating in Solution design with the Design and Development team to ensure requirements are addressed and updating the Requirement Traceability Matrix for tracking - Making recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve customer experience - Conducting research to develop comprehensive solutions and participating in final User Acceptance Testing for major developments - Assisting in the production of collaterals such as User Guides, SOP Documents, and process flows Qualifications and skills required for this role include: - Strong background in Lending domain and core banking systems, with understanding of commercial and SME lending products - Experience in implementing Temenos Core Banking System would be beneficial - Design thinking, stakeholder management, clear communication, requirement elicitation, and project management skills - IT background with knowledge of both Agile and waterfall SDLCs - Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural teams, proactive approach, quick learner, and positive attitude - Excellent communication, group dynamics, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a global business and technology services leader, committed to accelerating client success and responsible innovation.
