B2C Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Lead for Spark Studios edtech programs and UAE-based beauty brands, you will be responsible for leading B2C marketing initiatives and driving cross-market digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition. Your role will be based remotely in Chandigarh. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Strategizing and implementing marketing plans customized for the Indian and UAE markets. - Overseeing digital campaigns across various channels such as social media, paid advertisements, and influencer partnerships. - Creating engaging content and fostering relationships within online communities in both sectors. - Monitoring performance metrics and utilizing analytical tools to optimize return on investment. - Collaborating effectively with international teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution. To excel in this role, you should possess: - At least 2 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in the edtech and beauty industries. - A deep understanding of consumer behavior in the Indian and UAE markets. - Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, content development, and analytics. - Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage. - Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setup with diverse teams.
