Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2C Insider Sales position located in Ghaziabad. The B2C Insider Sales professional will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their party needs, and offering tailored venue packages. Daily tasks include managing sales calls, following up on leads, providing customer service, and closing sales. The role also involves training in sales techniques and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
