Job Description

As a Wedding Services Sales Executive, you will be responsible for liaising with customers and vendors in the wedding domain, selling wedding services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling incoming customer enquiries through various channels and guiding them towards conversion. - Proactively reaching out to potential customers interested in wedding planning services. - Understanding customer needs, providing suitable vendor recommendations, and working closely with customers to finalize vendors. - Achieving and exceeding set targets in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and other performance metrics. - Cross-selling various products and services to customers. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in the wedding services domain. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong selling skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Customer-centric mindset with a high degree of empathy. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
