B2B Senior Sales & Operations Executive

As a Bengaluru based meat and seafood company founded in 2015, Licious takes pride in being India's most successful D2C food-tech brand, serving over 32 lac customers across 20 cities with our de-licious fresh meat and seafood. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end B2B field sales and operations. Your key responsibilities will include driving new account onboarding, ensuring seamless integration, and managing account relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention. You will also collaborate with internal teams to address operational issues proactively, track sales performance, generate reports, and monitor key metrics. Building and nurturing strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders will be a crucial aspect of this role. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B business operations, preferably in Horeca sales and account management. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis. The ability to work independently, both in the field and remotely, is vital. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
