B2B Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a Sales Manager role (preferred). Preferrably PropTech companies.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.- Ability to work independently, lead sales initiatives, and manage multiple priorities.- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
