Position: B2B Sales Executive / Manager

Shift Time: 10:30 PM To 7:30 PM

Location: Sector 68, IMT Industrial Area, Faridabad.

Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven B2B Sales Executive / Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing corporate and institutional clients, generating new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential corporate and institutional clients.
  • Develop and maintain B2B client relationships to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Generate leads through platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, amazon and other online sources.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass.

1–4 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, Ideally within the bathroom and sanitiary Fittings Industry.

Demonstrated Success in a similar sales role, with a consistent track record in meeting sales targets .

Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

Self-Motivated with a Results-Driven approach .

Familiarity with online lead generation platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia).

Requirements

Personal conveyance for daily field visits .

Good knowledge of the Faridabad local areas

Experience with lead generation platforms like India MART, Trade India, Justdial, LinkedIn is desirable.
