Job Description

As an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the building material industry, your role will involve driving sales and business development in your assigned territory. You should have strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Dealers, and Distributors, along with proven experience in project and channel sales. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region. - Manage and expand dealer and distributor networks in the assigned territory. - Generate business from Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Project Consultants. - Identify new project opportunities and follow up until order closure. - Ensure regular market visits, competitor tracking, and market intelligence. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and influencers. - Prepare monthly sales reports and market feedback for management review. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any field. - Experience of 5+ years in Building Material / Interior Product Sales. - Strong market knowledge and contacts in the assigned territory. - Proven experience in handling Project Sales and Dealer Network Management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
