About the team Payments demand management team owns & drives demand for all products within the Payments portfolio - this includes Payment Gateway, Gift Card, UPI, Supercoins, and Recharges & Bill Payments (RCBP). It manages the day to day activities with close interaction with central marketing teams (M3), central events team, Performance marketing, Affiliate & Brand Marketing team. This team is a key driver for growth, targets for new acquisitions, driving transactions and planning About the role The focal will be leading CRM planning & execution for Payment. The role includes optimisation of the campaign to get better results from each campaign, identifying the right target audience, crack the communication strategy, and ensure the key metrics are improving Specialist/ Team Lead: Merchandizing & CRM (FTC) Plan marketing campaigns, drive traffic & top of the funnel for Payments Category Own marketing via CRM channels ( SMS, Whatsapp, Emails, Push Notification etc) for all our existing & new products Manage CRM channels & execute the campaigns for the category & deliver traffic growth. Build, track and deliver the Monthly CRM plan on an ongoing basis. Track, measure & analyze campaign performance & optimize them. Improve metrics on a daily & monthly basis - work closely with the central CRM team to push boundaries to improve the funnel performance for payments Own the 'Design & creative' charter by working closely with the design team to make the creatives for all products which are within the required guidelines. Experiment with different callouts with different cohorts and closely track their performance to see what works and what doesnt. Drive customer experience for the category with improvements in callouts, target segments, etc. Understand competition to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Coordinate with the Central teams (CRM & marketing) & Business teams to set up a calendar of interventions to drive business. Be the focal for all collaborations with Corp Affairs team - lead planning, review, feedback & sign off process for all Press releases, blogs, articles & events for the category. Mandatory skills Understanding of Marketing & CRM channels, Ability to analyze data, Strong Problem Solving Skills, Excellent communications & creative thinking, Stakeholder Management & negotiation skills, Communication skills, email etiquette, negotiation skills, content creation Desirable skills Customer centric, exhibit high bias for action, Proficient presentation skills Interview Competencies Experience in planning and executing CRM & Merch campaigns, Understanding of the Payments business, Fluency in English, Creative thinking, Negotiation skill, Problem solving attitude
