Role Overview: You will be a full-time B2B Marketing Intern based in Pune, responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing activities at Pinakinedge Media. Your role will include tasks such as conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in lead generation efforts. Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will contribute to creating and implementing effective campaigns to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day marketing activities, including market research and developing marketing strategies. - Assist in maintaining customer relationships and contributing to lead generation efforts. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective campaigns. - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Qualifications: - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in Market Research and data analysis to identify potential growth opportunities. - Basic understanding of Sales and Marketing Strategy to assist in campaign creation and execution. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within teams. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Familiarity with B2B lead generation or digital marketing tools is a plus.
