Role Overview

As a B2B Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution and optimization of multi-channel B2B outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn.

The role involves owning marketing workflows, campaign setup, performance tracking, and tool management while ensuring operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage B2B outreach campaigns across email (Smartlead) and LinkedIn (Salesrobot).
• Segment audiences, personalize messaging, and manage follow-ups to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and campaign content to improve overall performance.
• Analyze campaign metrics and share insights and recommendations to refine future outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with the tech team to maintain domain health and email deliverability, including managing DNS, DMARC, and authentication settings to ensure strong sender reputation.
