Job Description:
Responsible for driving
1) Continuous Improvement Projects & initiatives across KOEL
2) Limitless lab initiatives
3) Conduct 6 Sigma & 7 QC tools training
4) Implement Lean initiatives across all KOEL & GOEM plants
5) Conduct ideation session with the functional units for identifying the critical challenges and help team to launch improvement projects
6) Partnering with Finance and BU's project evaluation and closure.
