We are hiring dynamic, target-driven, and relationship-focused Business Development Officers (B2B) to expand our presence across various regions.

Locations:
Kharar, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Bathinda, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and referral partners
• Promote Aashakiran IVF’s services and generate qualified leads
• Plan and execute local marketing activities, CMEs, and offline campaigns
• Conduct regular field visits and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain timely reporting, feedback, and market intelligence

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred
• 1–4 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or fertility segment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in B2B sales and fieldwork
• Own two-wheeler preferred for local travel
