We are hiring dynamic, target-driven, and relationship-focused Business Development Officers (B2B) to expand our presence across various regions. Locations: Kharar, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Bathinda, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and referral partners Promote Aashakiran IVF’s services and generate qualified leads Plan and execute local marketing activities, CMEs, and offline campaigns Conduct regular field visits and maintain a healthy pipeline Achieve monthly and quarterly targets Maintain timely reporting, feedback, and market intelligence Requirements: Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred 1–4 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or fertility segment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in B2B sales and fieldwork Own two-wheeler preferred for local travel What We Offer: Attractive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow with a leading IVF chain Professional and supportive work environment — HR Team Aashakiran IVF Pvt.
