About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with expertise in B2B consultative sales to join our K-12 education program division. As part of this role, you will be engaged in field activities, establishing and managing relationships with schools within a specified radius, and ensuring the successful execution of offline Olympiads. While you will have the flexibility to work from home, you will also be required to visit schools as per the field requirements. Key Responsibilities: - School Engagement & Relationship Building: Regularly visit schools near your base location to build and maintain relationships with school stakeholders, decision-makers, principals, and administrators. Identify and bring onboard new schools for offline Olympiads, with a monthly target of 2000 prelims from grades 6-12. - Sales Cycle Management & Consultative Sales: Oversee the complete sales cycle, from the initial contact to closing deals, including conducting product demonstrations, securing signups, and managing post-sales relationships. Engage in consultations with school owners, principals, and administrators to assist them in enhancing their school offerings aligned with future skills.
