Flyworld Migration is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic OSCE and IQN Exam Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping aspiring nurses achieve their dream of migrating to Australia and obtaining their Australian nursing registration.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions for the OSCE and IQN (Internationally Qualified Nurse) Exam, a pathway for internationally educated nurses to register in Australia.
• Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and practice questions.
• Provide individual guidance and support to trainees, addressing their specific needs and questions.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed on the exams.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest OSCE/IQN exam requirements and best practices for nurse training.
• Collaborate with the Flyworld Migration team to ensure a smooth and successful training experience for all clients.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Nurse (GNM/B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing)
• Strong teaching experience and a passion for helping others learn.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging and informative training sessions.
• Ability to provide individual support and guidance to trainees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
