Azure Solutions Architect

As an Azure Cloud Solutions Architect at Alif Cloud IT Consulting, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of Azure-based solutions for our clients. You will be the subject matter expert in cloud technology, contributing to various cloud engineering teams to deliver end-to-end cloud transformation. Your responsibilities will include working on Cloud Infrastructure, Application Modernization & Development, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Containers, and Modern Data Services while considering Governance, Security, Monitoring, and Cost Management aspects of the Azure ecosystem. Your core responsibility will be to provide Azure architectural vision and implementation expertise throughout the customer engagement phases. This will involve working with Proficient resources to leverage Azure native services for migration and modernization, as well as enabling open source and third-party solutions on Azure infrastructure. You will lead architecture design sessions, migration strategies, and implementation engagements, becoming the trusted technical face of the project. To excel in this role, you should have a deep technical background and experience in building cloud solutions. You must be familiar with principles summarized in the Azure Cloud Adoption and Well-Architected Frameworks, Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, and have expertise in various cloud platform technologies like IaaS, PaaS, and Cloud Networking. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AKS, OpenShift, or ARO container platforms is desired, along with knowledge of Azure DevOps, ARM Templates, Azure Policies, and Azure Blueprints. Additionally, you should understand data services such as Cosmos DB, Azure SQL Database, Data Lake, Data bricks, Data Factory, and Synapse, and provide guidance on Network Security, Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, and Azure Security mechanisms. Experience in designing and implementing platform infrastructure for web services and applications, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery solutions, and Azure Foundations, Application Modernization, or Azure Data Services will be beneficial.
