Azure Infrastructure Architect

Role Overview: As an Infrastructure Architect, your primary responsibility will be to architect and design technical solutions for Microsoft-centric solutions utilizing Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities. You will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end lifecycles of projects with a focus on mission-critical technology components and disaster recovery capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 10+ years of IT industry experience, including at least 5 years in an infrastructure architect role, to design solutions leveraging private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms. - Ensure the implementation of cloud security controls such as tenant isolation, encryption, key management, vulnerability assessments, and application firewalls. - Showcase expertise in Cloud (Azure) Infra, high availability/disaster recovery approaches, and application architectures on Azure applications. - Apply DevOps knowledge and experience to facilitate infrastructure deployment through CI/CD pipelines. - Collaborate with Azure DevOps, Terraform, or Biceps to optimize infrastructure operations. - Communicate effectively with clients through written and verbal channels, operating as an individual contributor to meet responsibilities autonomously. - Be prepared to adapt to a 24/7 working environment based on project requirements across different regions. Qualifications Required: - Possess a minimum of 10 years of overall IT industry experience. - Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an infrastructure architect role. - Demonstrate proficiency in architecting technical solutions on Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms. - Exhibit strong knowledge of cloud security controls and disaster recovery practices. - Preferably have experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, or Biceps. - Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
