Agentic AI Platform built on Azure AI Foundry

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Development

• Develop and implement AI agents using

  Azure AI Foundry

  ,

  Azure AI ADK

  , Azure OpenAI, and Azure Cognitive Search.
• Build reusable libraries, prompt assets, agent templates, and integration components.
• Facilitate development of multi agent workflows , workflow definition
• Implement ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing, and retrieval flows for enterprise RAG.
• Develop tools, actions, and orchestrations using Azure AI ADK.

Technical Leadership

• Lead offshore engineering team, review code, enforce best practices, and ensure delivery quality.
• Work with onshore architects to translate platform standards into offshore development tasks.
• Mentor juniors on Azure AI, LLM operations, and agentic development patterns.

Platform Operations

• Build CI/CD pipelines for agents, RAG components, and orchestration workflows using Azure DevOps.
• Enable observability (logs, metrics, traces, telemetry) using Azure Monitor, App Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Support environment management, deployments, runtime debugging, and performance optimization.

Security & Compliance Alignment

• Implement HIPAA-aligned development practices: PHI-safe coding, secure endpoints, identity controls (Entra ID), and Key Vault usage.
• Ensure adherence to platform governance for prompts, models, and agent lifecycle.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI ADK, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure ML, Azure Functions, and cloud-native components.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector search, embeddings, and hybrid search pipelines.
• Good knowledge of Python for building agents and orchestration flows.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines) and Azure Monitor/App Insights.

Soft Skills

• Ability to coordinate with onshore leadership and deliver through offshore teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and quality-driven mindset.

Preferred

• Experience with multi-agent development, LLM evaluation, enterprise MLOps.
• Azure AI or Azure Developer certifications.
