Role Overview

Azure Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy

  Azure-based applications and microservices

  . • Implement

  serverless architectures

  using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Event Grid. • Integrate

  Azure services

  such as App Service, Service Bus, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Azure SQL. • Build and manage containerized applications using

  Docker

  and

  Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

  . • Set up and maintain

  CI/CD pipelines

  using

  Azure DevOps

  and Git-based workflows. • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using

  Terraform

  ,

  Bicep

  , or

  ARM templates

  . • Optimize application performance, security, and reliability following Azure best practices. • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across cloud environments.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in

  Python / Java / Node.js

  for backend development. • Strong hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Azure Services

  (App Service, Service Bus, Event Hub, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Blob Storage). • Experience with

  Azure DevOps

  ,

  Git

  , and

  CI/CD automation

  . • Knowledge of

  microservices

  ,

  REST APIs

  container orchestration (Docker, AKS)

  . • Understanding of

  Azure AD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  . • 5–10 years of experience in

  cloud application development and deployment

  . • Preferred Certifications:

  Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)

  Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
