Key Skills: .NET, Azure. Job Description: Support Engineer Dev-Dev Technical Skills: • Should know L3/L2 production support [Incident (Critical, high, medium and low)] and vided resolution within SLA time. • Basic knowledge on C# dotnet framework and SQL with Application support. • Knowledge on to administer the Azure environment via Azure Portal. • Must have knowledge about Azure cloud storage, Azure Redis cache and its services. • Dev Dev : ARM (Policy, Terraform, Blueprints), Azure cloud service, Azure Batch, APIM • Proficiency in handling rest APIs and relative tool (Postman, fiddler). • Strong Troubleshooting and Debugging skills is highly recommended. • Proven ability to analyze the problem, root cause and handle the escalated. • Prior experience in customer handling via voice, chat and Email. • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and Written (Must) • Positive Attitude towards solving issues and willingness/ ability to learn and take challenging Opportunity. • To provide support to customers on 24X7 rotational shift basis. • *Good to have Az-900 Microsoft and ITIL certification. • Note: Project is for support role and not for development.
