About the Role :-

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Architect with deep expertise in Azure Data Engineering, Machine Learning frameworks, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms, while also mentoring teams and aligning solutions with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Architect, design, and maintain end-to-end data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
• Lead and deliver data science & analytics projects using Azure Machine Learning, Python, R, and ML frameworks.
• Build and optimize high-volume data pipelines with a focus on scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Perform query optimization, indexing, and tuning across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Enable real-time analytics & predictive insights using Azure Stream Analytics, Synapse Real-Time, and Power BI.
• Define and implement data governance, security, and compliance strategies.
• Provision and manage Azure Data Fabric components (Delta Lake, Blob Storage, Lakehouse).
• Integrate solutions with internal/external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid.
• Monitor & maintain workloads using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal data strategy & innovation forums.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, with occasional travel if required.

• Libraries: Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Experience with ML Ops & Data Ops pipelines

Data Analytics & Visualization

• Strong PL/SQL & procedural queries
• Experience with RDBMS (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Power BI: Data modeling, DAX, real-time dashboards
• Synapse Real-Time Analytics: KQL queries, telemetry analysis
• Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights

Integration & Architecture

• REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid
• Event-driven & serverless architecture patterns
• Real-time & batch data processing pipelines

Security & Governance

• RBAC, Managed Identities, Private Endpoints
• Data lineage, classification, encryption, compliance frameworks

Academic Background & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / Data Science / Engineering / IT / MCA.
• Preferred: Postgraduate specialization in AI/ML or Data Engineering.

Certifications (Mandatory – Any 2) :-

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Databricks Certified: Data Engineer Professional.
• Databricks Certified: Machine Learning Professional.
