Job Description

Job Title: Azure Cloud Architect (15+ years exp)

Duration: Full time role

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Note: Need 15+ years of experience, and strong Azure architecture experience (MUST)

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture:
Design end-to-end Azure-based architectures for new and existing applications, incorporating security, scalability, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
Technical Leadership:
Lead cloud design discussions, define architectural standards, best practices, and governance models.
Modernization & Migration:
Strategize and implement migration of on-prem or legacy workloads to Azure, leveraging IaaS, PaaS, and container-based services.
Infrastructure as Code:
Promote and guide infrastructure provisioning using ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
Security & Compliance:
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and identity best practices, including Zero Trust and RBAC policies.
Performance Optimization:
Conduct architecture reviews to identify opportunities for performance improvements and cost savings.
Collaboration & Mentoring:
Collaborate with DevOps, CloudOps, developers, and stakeholders; mentor technical teams on Azure capabilities.
Innovation & Trends:
Evaluate emerging Azure services and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as Azure Cloud Architect with successful project deliveries.
Strong expertise in Azure services: Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity, and Security.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
Solid understanding of container technologies (AKS, ACR) and microservices architecture.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive decisions.
Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is highly preferred.
