Your main responsibilities will include formulating and executing a comprehensive digital workplace strategy aligned with the company's objectives, leading a team in designing and managing digital workplace solutions, overseeing RFP and RFI processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify digital workplace needs, and promoting the adoption of digital solutions for improved productivity and collaboration. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the digital workplace environment continually. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related fields, with a preference for a Master's degree. Proven experience in leading digital workplace initiatives, strong knowledge of digital tools and collaboration platforms, excellent project management skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement are key qualifications. Driving change and fostering innovation within the organization are also essential skills. In addition to the core responsibilities, the role will involve extensive experience in solution RFP response, end-to-end solutioning of digital workplace solutions, industry trend analysis, and alignment with future workplace strategy. Specific expertise in various technologies such as Modern Management, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Mobile Device Management, DaaS, Field Services, DEX, Print Management Solutions, Remote support services, M365 services, Sharepoint, Email, and OneDrive is required. Experience in migration, VDI technologies, on-premises, and cloud-based solutions, as well as hands-on experience in responding to RFPs and building proposals, is crucial. Preferred skills include proficiency in Cloud Platform and Modern Workplace Transformation Services. The successful candidate should be competent in presenting solutions to global clients, possess excellent written and communication skills, and have a strong focus on building operating models for delivery and defining team roles for project execution.,

Key Responsibilities Manage Azure Active Directory for Azure Virtual Desktop related systems Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions for AVD based production configuration Manage Azure Active Directory for Azure AVD and Azure AVD Clusters HA systems. Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions for Azure AVD-based production configuration. Manage and deploy updates via Azure update manager. Update the AVD image based on business requirements provided by the client, including monthly security patches, updates required to support client enterprise release and version upgrades of software that has been operationalized. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VDI environments, including servers, storage, networking, and virtual machines. Manage and optimize the performance of the VDI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability with terraform. Creating, updating, and responding to Monitors of the AVD environment. Help in management of the business applications that are installed on Azure VD Improve and adjust Azure VD Ensure business continuity and security across all systems supporting the company IT operations Skills Required Minimum of 10+ years of related experience in AVD & Citrix. Decent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Azure ecosystem Strong knowledge and understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop Solution Strong hands-on experience in Azure Virtual Desktop Operational Support. Have good knowledge of Azure AVD publishing applications web server load balancing Resource Manager License Management. Good hands-on experience in automating upgradation/migration, remediation, jobs, and report tasks by creating PowerShell CLI scripts and PowerShell and Batch scripts.
