1. Cloud Architecture & Solution Design

• Architect end-to-end

  Azure SaaS

  solutions using various PaaS services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, API Management, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and AI services.
• Design

  multi-tenant architectures

  : database-per-tenant, shared schema, or hybrid isolation models.
• Create architecture blueprints for compute, networking, security, data, identity, DevOps, and monitoring layers.
• Define scalability, reliability, cost-optimization, observability, DR/BCP strategies.

2. Identity, Security & Governance

• Architect authentication using

  Azure Entra ID

  , OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, SSO.
• Implement

  RBAC

  , feature-level security, data isolation policies, multi-tenant access control.
• Define governance naming standards, tagging, policy enforcement, cost guardrails.
• Implement Zero Trust: VNETs, private endpoints, firewall rules, managed identity.

3. Integration Architecture

• Design and implement integrations using

  API Management

  , Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, and REST APIs with good knowledge in GraphQL APIs as well.
• Define patterns for event-driven, synchronous, and batch data flows.
• Guide implementation of

  API gateways

  , versioning, throttling, and security policies.

4. DevOps & Infrastructure Automation

• Create CI/CD strategy using

  Azure DevOps

  for multi-environment deployment.
• Build and review

  IaC automation

  using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Ensure automated provisioning, configuration, and deployment of cloud resources.
• Define monitoring and observability dashboards using App Insights, Log Analytics, and Azure Monitor.

5. Data Platform & AI Integration

• Design data layers using

  Azure SQL

  , PostgreSQL, Elastic Pool, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Redis Cache.
• Architect search and indexing using

  Azure AI Search

  (vector + semantic).
• Integrate AI through

  Azure OpenAI

  , Cognitive Services, OCR, and embeddings-based semantic search.
• Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines using

  Data Factory

  or Synapse.

6. Technical Leadership

• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.
• Lead the proposals, RFPs, RFQs - solutioning, effort estimation, architecture design, and technical presentations.
• Guide development teams, conduct design reviews, enforce coding and security best practices.
• Evaluate tools, perform POCs, and drive architectural improvements across the platform.
