o Monitor performance, availability, and cost optimization
o Implement and manage Azure policies and governance
o Configure and manage Azure Security Center, Sophos, and Cisco / Fortinet firewalls
o Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
o Manage identity and access using Azure AD, RBAC, and Conditional Access
o Automate tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates, or Bicep
o Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines
o Design and manage backup strategies using Azure Backup and Site Recovery
o Test and maintain disaster recovery plans
o Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
o Troubleshoot performance issues and outages
o Remote support for Global users
o Support users for their SW HW issues reported o Support Users for O365
