What is the work? Handling user issue throughout the day (Like: Laptop, Desktop, VPN, RDP, SVN, M365 etc). Handling user issue related to Web sites, Firewall, Cloud VM's and FTP. Windows, Mac mini and mac laptop system configuration , installation and ios update, taking backup through time machine , check hardware issue, clone of hard disk. Software support i.e. installing/updating softwares e.g. Microsoft & Mobile application tools, ubantu and linux system configuration, installations, etc. Printer installation and configuration. FTP connection handling, skype support, Outlook support , VPN windows support. Firewall and proxy server handling e.g. configuration, backup and restoring backup, creating rules, url blocking, filtering, etc. Network monitoring e.g. identifying network loop, VLAN configuration, LAN cable punching , IO panel punching , LAN testing, etc. Coordination with all hardware related vendors. Monitoring/Controlling of all IT related devices of organization on regular basis. Monitoring VMs, HDD utilization and health on physical servers. Handling ISP's, Routers and switches. Handling Active directory server, Exchange server and M365. Asset/Device management.

Implementing and maintaining automated deployment pipelines to streamline the release process, coordinating production releases to minimize downtime. 5. Enforcing rigorous version control policies and leveraging CloudFormation and ARM templates for efficient infrastructure management. 6. Spearheading the troubleshooting and resolution of Azure & AWS cloud infrastructure issues, collaborating with dev teams to expedite solutions. 7. Managing Azure and AWS storage accounts and databases, optimizing resource utilization through regular cleanup and maintenance. 8. Crafting compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), providing detailed solutions, architecture diagrams, cost estimates, and recommendations. 9. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering roles. 3. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python). 4. Demonstrated expertise in working with Azure and AWS cloud platforms. 5. Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques including caching strategies, load balancing, and content delivery networks (CDNs). 6. Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments, including network security groups, encryption, and identity access management (IAM). 7. Extensive knowledge of web hosting environments, Nginx, SQL, and Linux. 8. Strong command of Git and version control practices. 9.
