Ayushman Mitra

You will be responsible for collecting and verifying the TPA card, Photo ID card, or insurance policy from patients at the admission desk as they begin to receive necessary medical treatment. In addition, you will assist patients and family members in completing pre-authorization and consent forms, ensuring that all required documentation is forwarded to the relevant TPA via fax or mail within 24 hours of the patient's hospitalization. It will be your duty to promptly address any queries or requests for additional information from the TPA regarding the patient's treatment. Moreover, you will diligently follow up with the TPA to obtain the authorization letter and communicate all relevant updates to the patient and their family members. The ideal candidate for this role must possess knowledge and experience of Ayushman, as it is a mandatory requirement. This is a full-time position with a fixed shift schedule.
