As a TPA Coordinator, your role will involve collecting and verifying TPA card, Photo ID card, or insurance policy at the admission desk while the patient starts receiving necessary medical treatment. You will also assist patients and their family members in filling out pre-authorization forms and necessary consent forms. It is important to forward the completed forms to the concerned TPA by fax or mail within 24 hours of the patient's hospitalization. Additionally, you will actively respond to any queries or requests for additional information from the concerned TPA regarding the patient's treatment. Following up with the TPA for the authorization letter and keeping the patient/family members informed will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and verify TPA card, Photo ID card, or insurance policy at the admission desk - Assist patients/family members in filling pre-authorization and consent forms - Forward completed forms to concerned TPA within 24 hours of hospitalization - Respond to queries/additional information requested by TPA - Follow up with TPA for authorization letter and inform patient/family members Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 2 years of total work experience required - 2 years of experience as an Ayushman mitra required Please note that knowledge and experience of Ayushman is mandatory for this role. In addition, the job is full-time with a fixed shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication in this role.,
