About Ayurverdagram Heritage and Wellness Centre:Ayurverdagram Heritage and Wellness Centre is dedicated to offering holistic and authentic Ayurvedic treatments in a serene, peaceful environment. We focus on personalized, restorative treatments based on centuries-old Ayurvedic principles, delivered by a team of trained doctors and wellness professionals.We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our team. The RMO will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the daily activities between the medical team and therapists, as well as overseeing all patient treatments and the overall well-being of our guests."Looking for someone who can stay in the company accommodation, in-house." Key Responsibilities:A. Coordination of Activities Between Doctors and Therapists:Conduct daily morning rounds to assess patient health and progress.Interact with each patient, gather feedback, and report findings to doctors during the daily briefing.Schedule and organize daily treatments for patients.Ensure the preparation of DND (Do Not Disturb) list as per treatment schedules.Implement timely adjustments in therapies and medications as per doctor's instructions.Ensure the allocation of time slots for new admissions at least one day in advance.Ensure the prompt issuance of medicines as per the prescribed recommendations.Brief therapists about daily therapies, medications, and any specific care points to avoid adverse events.Perform random checks to ensure therapies are carried out according to SOPs.Ensure proper maintenance of reception registers.Confirm the special diet for patients undergoing specific therapies, e.g., Kashaya Vasthi.B. Medicine Preparation:Oversee the indent and procurement of raw materials for medicine preparation.Maintain an up-to-date daily preparation register.Ensure that all medicines are prepared according to established SOPs.Ensure the safe storage of materials and medicines.Ensure hygiene standards in the preparation area and the utensils used.Supervise assigned therapists in the preparation unit to ensure instructions are followed as per doctor's recommendations.C. Pharmacy Management:Supervise the indent and procurement of medicines in the pharmacy as per requirements.Ensure that stock and stock registers are properly maintained by pharmacists, with weekly audits.Ensure the daily medicines dispense register is accurate and up to date.Oversee the correct delivery of medicines to patients, ensuring compliance with prescribed therapies.Conduct weekly audits of the stock to ensure proper inventory management.D. Facility Maintenance:Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the surrounding area, including the center courtyard.Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned after each session by the housekeeping team.Assign a treatment room in-charge to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in treatment areas.Ensure the availability of PPE and its proper use.Conduct thorough cleaning at the end of each day.Inspect soft cushions, pillows, and other treatment equipment to ensure they are in good condition.Oversee the maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment.Ensure all patient safety protocols are followed.Maintain a register for the periodical maintenance of electrical equipment and other utilities.E. Resource Management:Ensure the availability and adequacy of therapists on duty.Report any staff shortages to HR in advance for appropriate action.Approve therapist leave applications and coordinate with HR.Approve incentive charts and report them to the front accounts department.Maintain attendance records for all therapists.Conduct bi-weekly staff meetings with therapists, in collaboration with HR, to discuss performance, feedback, and address grievances or suggestions.Ensure that therapists refrain from using narcotic substances while on duty.F. General Responsibilities:Report any adverse events or near-miss incidents within 24 hours to the Medical Superintendent (MS), doctors, Operations Manager, and HR.Generate guest visit reports and send them to the Operations Manager and MS.Respond to emergencies immediately, coordinating with the concerned clinical personnel.Maintain a well-stocked and accessible first-aid kit at all times.Monitor therapist performance daily and escalate repeated concerns to the MS/HR.Conduct daily morning and evening briefings with one of the senior doctors, covering patient issues, therapies, care points, changes in schedule, etc.Participate in the grievance committee as needed.
