Job Description

Treatment Preparation & Delivery

Prepare the therapy room and materials in advance for each treatment session.
Follow treatment plans and deliver Ayurvedic therapies including massage, herbal applications, and Panchakarma procedures under physician guidance.
Assist with patient positioning and post-therapy care such as bathing and dressing.

2. Patient Support

Escort and mobilize patients safely to and from the therapy room.
Provide emotional and physical support to patients during therapy sessions.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clear communication throughout patient interactions.

3. Equipment & Environment Hygiene

Maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms, tools, and equipment before and after each session.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.

4. Coordination with Ayurvedic Consultant

Follow instructions regarding the use of herbal oils, medicines, and treatment modifications.
Update the consultant on patient responses and therapy outcomes.
Ensure adequate availability of treatment materials and coordinate for replenishment of consumables.
