As an Ayurvedic doctor at Research Ayu, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients, focusing on Ayurvedic constitution (prakriti) to provide accurate diagnoses and determine appropriate treatment plans. - Enrol new patients, ensure conversion, and retention to generate clinic revenue. - Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed for optimal results. - Educate patients on Ayurvedic principles, emphasizing self-care, balanced living, and preventive measures. - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including assessments, treatments, and progress notes. - Provide guidance and support to patients, addressing their questions, concerns, and encouraging active participation in their healing journey. - Report non-recovered patients to a team of experts for further evaluation and treatment recommendations.
