Ayco Wealth Service Specialist - Analyst

As a Wealth Management Operations Analyst at Goldman Sachs Ayco, your role involves serving as the primary operational driver of the Executive Wealth (EW) team. Your responsibilities include: - Triaging incoming inquiries and tracking client priorities - Assisting Advisor teams in providing comprehensive personal financial planning, investment planning, and tax services to corporate employees, executives, and high-net-worth individuals - Working closely with Wealth Advisor teams to support AYCO clients - Contributing to a growing business with your operational background and experience - Proactively anticipating and recommending solutions to meet client needs and resolving issues related to investment transactions - Managing cash balances and private banking services in accounts - Resolving time-sensitive client service-related issues, including complex situations - Planning and managing the new account onboarding process, asset transfers, and other account service requests - Managing the pipeline of new business opportunities in Salesforce - Preparing various reports for clients in areas such as cash flow planning, income tax projections, investment allocation, investment performance, estate flowcharts, etc. - Facilitating various aspects of client portfolio performance reporting and analysis - Interfacing with internal groups to complete various investment and operational tasks - Completing positive/negative consent client emails, handling exception tracking, and comments Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA degree with 1 to 3 years of experience - CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification is an added advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality - Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and client service - Proven track record with cross-training, task-sharing, and mutually supportive teamwork - Innovative, proactive time management skills with a focus on task completion - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Goldman Sachs is a leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management firm committed to fostering diversity and inclusion.
