I gave a request on 24 July 2020 for my documents still I haven't received it. I visited the bank personally and was informed by banker I mate that I will get it in a days time and it's past 3 days now still i am waiting for my documents. Pathetic service I must say. Please avoid this bank for any loan related service.

The people who working in the loan department have no basic knowledge of anything it should b minus 5 stars for the bank procedure wasted all the time of 60 days they couldn't get a loan sanctioned even if the documents were all perfect

Not happy with the service. One rude help desk employee handling all queries. No one available to take your queries

Very pathetic Service, not at all professional. They never answer your queries correctly. Loan agents are careless, once they get the commission on loan approval, they don't even pick up your calls. Please avoid home loan from Axis Bank. They don't deserve it.

LONG REQUESTS TO AXIS BANK TO REDUCE INTEREST RATE WENT IN VAIN, NOW LOAN FINISHED TIME TO CLOSE SAVINGS ACCOUNT ALSO IN AXIS BANK AND. AXIS BANK SECURITY GUARD SITTING OUTSIDE THW GATE TALKS LIKE MD OF THE BANK.

i would love to give zero star to loan department as there staff is irresponsible and not well behave i have given document 20 days back for disbursement still no progress and they are saying that we will not say how much it will take please don t go for axis

Worst experience with Axis bank. I have home loan and its almost impossible to get your queries solved . Poor customer service.
