Very pathetic service for home loan disbursement. Not even higher authority taking responsibility for it. And not given proper answers, i highly recommend don't go with Axis Bank for home loan.

They lie about systems being down to send customers back. Most terrible experience ever. My emi debited even after foreclosure and payment of interest. Worst ever bank and worst ever people....wose than government organizations....dont waste your time and go to ICICI or other banks they are more professional people.

I had paid my whole loan amount to the bank on on 15/05/23 still they took EMI of rs 54600 from me on 05/06/23 when I called customer care they did time pass for our not ready to pay back extra amount very worst bank don't go for any loans with this bank
