Worst service, most of the tine system is down, they will keep you waiting for hours and hours, and you won’t get resolution in days as well. Many times staff is on leave. I would recommend not to initiate any new deals with this branch. Look for other options.

It's pathetic bank with worst customer service think 1000 times before accepting any service of this banks much better banks are there like HDFC ICICI or even in that case SBI is much better

This is cheapest bank. Nobody open account in this bank. Staff services are very bad. I have very bad experience with this bank. They have unknowingly freeze your account without intimation. I have faced many difficulties.
