Very poor service It has taken more than 15 days to register complaint to get revised forclosure letter.Have already written 5 mails and called equal num er of times to just get revised forclosure.customer support team .needs 7 working days to register complaint and 25 working days more to resolve it that too they wont write

The worst finance bank have seen ever.. neither the customer care not the ASM of the area solve the issue of mine.. ASM not bothered to reply me on mails thats shows how this finance bank treat customer.. they can only contact you 100 times till the loan is disbursed
