Essential Skills

Strong hands-on experience with
Snowflake Cloud Data Platform
(warehouses, micro-partitioning, Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks).
Proficiency in
DBT (Data Build Tool)
for ELT transformations, macros, exposures, tests, and documentation.
Solid experience with
AWS cloud services
, including:

S3, Lambda, Glue, IAM, SNS/SQS, CloudWatch
, Step Function

Excellent
SQL
skills and ability to write complex queries.
Strong understanding of
data modeling
concepts (star schema, normalization, dimensional modeling).
Experience with
Python
for automation and data workflows.
Hands-on experience with
Git
and version-controlled development.

Desirable Skills

Experience with
Airflow
,
Prefect
, or other workflow orchestration tools.
Knowledge of
Terraform
or
AWS CDK
for infrastructure automation.
Familiarity with
Kafka/Kinesis
for streaming data pipelines.
Experience with
Data Quality frameworks
, documentation tools, and monitoring systems.
Understanding of
CI/CD practices
using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
