Job Description

We are looking for an L1 Support Engineer to provide first-level support for enterprise applications hosted on AWS and Azure. The ideal candidate will monitor, troubleshoot, and perform initial debugging of issues using industry-standard tools, ensuring application uptime and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 support for enterprise applications hosted on AWS and Azure.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues using tools such as ArgoCD, pgAdmin, Dynatrace, and Postman.
Perform initial debugging and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed.
Ensure adherence to operational procedures and incident management workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain application uptime and performance.
Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm charts, and containers.
Familiarity with GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using Bicep, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
Basic knowledge of networking and security concepts in cloud environments.
