AWS Snowflake DBT

Role Overview: As an AWS Developer at PwC - AC, you will be responsible for interacting with Offshore Manager/ Onsite Business Analyst to understand requirements and implementing Cloud data engineering solutions like Enterprise Data Lake and Data hub in AWS. Your role will involve end-to-end implementation of these solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and deliver highly scalable, distributed, cloud-based enterprise data solutions - Implement Cloud data engineering solutions like Enterprise Data Lake, Data hub in AWS - Utilize Snowflake utilities, SnowSQL, SnowPipe, ETL data Pipelines, and Big Data model techniques using Python / Java - Load disparate data sets and translate complex requirements into detailed designs - Deploy Snowflake features such as data sharing, events, and lake-house patterns - Understand relational and NoSQL data stores, methods, and approaches (star and snowflake, dimensional modeling) - Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in AWS with a programming background preferably in Python/Scala - Have knowledge of Big Data frameworks and related technologies, including Hadoop and Spark - Utilize AWS compute services like AWS EMR, Glue, Sagemaker, and storage services like S3, Redshift & Dynamodb - Work with AWS Streaming Services like AWS Kinesis, AWS SQS, and AWS MSK - Troubleshoot and perform performance tuning in Spark framework - Use flow tools like Airflow, Nifi, or Luigi - Employ Application DevOps tools like Git, CI/CD Frameworks, Jenkins, or Gitlab for source code management - Familiar with AWS CloudWatch, AWS Cloud Trail, AWS Account Config, AWS Config Rules - Understand Cloud data migration processes, methods, and project lifecycle - Apply analytical & problem-solving skills - Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills Qualifications Required: - BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech / MBA - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in relevant field Additional Company Information: At PwC, people in data and analytics engineering play a vital role in transforming raw data into actionable insights for clients.
